My review of QWERTY by Barbara Avon

My monthly newsletter book reviews can be found on my What I’m Reading page. But as I read more than one book a month, I leave other reviews here on my blog. They also get posted to Amazon and Goodreads.

Here’s my review of QWERTY by Barbara Avon.

What a mind Avon has! Luke is an author deeply in love with his wife of a few years. But then she is killed in a tragic accident, which could have killed him too if he hadn’t gone for that coffee. Wracked with grief and survivor’s guilt, he finds redemption, of sorts, in his anguished writing.

Hauntingly written, pacy and emotional, this novella is very well worth the short time it takes to read. A second reading will enhance the experience.
